What benefits does my card have?

How can I find out if my loss is covered?
Please select the benefit you have questions about, then use the 800 number provided to call our 24/7 Card Benefit Services center.

How do I file a claim?
Please select the benefit for which you had a loss, then click the File a Claim option to be directed to the claim administrator.

What’s the status of my existing claim?
Please return to the eClaims website where you originally filed your claim, or simply select the benefit from this site. The Benefits Overview offers convenient access to be directed to the claim administrator via phone or the eclaims site.

How do I get a Letter of Eligibility for my upcoming car rental?
Cardholders can obtain a Letter of Eligibility through this website: https://www.eclaimsline.com/letter-of-eligibility
Please present to the rental agency to confirm that CDW coverage is on the covered credit card. This letter is not required to have when renting a car, however it is helpful to have as most rental agencies require a minimum level of CDW insurance to drive the car off the lot.

Are both the Primary Cardholder, Account Manager and Authorized User eligible for benefits?
Yes, each Cardholder has a unique 16 digit card number. If the card is used to purchase the item/trip, then the Cardholder will be eligible to file the claim, per the benefit terms and conditions.
